This course involves both practical and theoretical training.
- Combination of classroom theory and practical hands on session
- PowerPoint presentation overview of the Bristle Blaster Machine
- Correct method of operation
- Overview of the Bristle Blaster consumable items I.E Bristle Belts, Adapters, Accelerator bars
- Overeview of ATEX Zone 1 approval and what this means
- Overview on HAV (Hand Arm Vibration) adapter and what the analysis means to operator
- Delegates receive a practical hands on session (10 mins operation). This is guided, supervised and observed by a Cactus Industrial trainer to ensure that the operator is familiar with the correct use.
- The operator will be required to undertake an examination at end of training session.
- On completion of the course operator is issued with Bristle Blaster Awareness training certificate.

The training program has been developed for thin film coating applicators who wish to gain additional qualifications through a certification training programme.
